He has lectured on Marine Litigation and Ship Finance Law at the Business College of Athens. Soto remains focused on litigation, particularly in the fields of corporate and international trade disputes. He also regularly consults for the banking sector on financing disputes in the shipping and aviation sector. Since 2005 he participates as a Production Consultant in software development.
Jennifer is a lawyer, completed her studies in England, and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 1994. Since then, she is an active member of the Larnaca Bar Association and a member of the Committee of Law and Modernizarion of the Cyprus Bar Association. She has been biographed for her work and life, in the collection of biographies of the Cypriot Business and Spiritual world of the great Greeks of the 21st century where she is an active member.
Marina completed her Business Administration degree at the University of Brighton. She is lives in Limassol. Since 2015, she has been working as a business analyst and process operations analyst for a company. She specializes in international and domestic organizations operating in e-commerce. Her experience includes various areas of business such as banking, accounting, and business law, as they all involve the analysis of business processes of each company. Her mother tongue is Greek, and she speaks English fluently. Her aim is to contribute to the out-of-court settlement of disputes, so that justice can be achieved within a reasonable time.
Neophytos graduated from London City University in Civil Engineering. For 14 years he undertook technical and project management roles in Cyprus, UK and elsewhere on international construction. These were largely Government linked projects, requiring expertise on planning, as well as, management of costing and funding. During his 25 years of employment with the Sovereign Base Areas Administration (SBAA), he learned and practiced all aspects of public administration. This included enforcement of SBA Law and Policy, carrying out all functions of SBAA business, including the consideration of applications for development, undertaking investigating and prosecuting officer roles, the supervision and maintenance of infrastructure, such as main roads and village tracks, safeguarding of the environment, and control of the establishment of republican projects. Neophytos established excellent working relations with Government Departments and the local communities, as well as, with all SBA stakeholders, such as the military authorities, the SBA Police, and Fire Service. To improve his work with our two Turkish Cypriot communities in the Sovereign Base Area of Dhekelia, he undertook Turkish Language lessons, which have been very beneficial in his relations with these communities. Being a firm believer in lifelong education, he won first prize in a competition for an MBA scholarship from the Cyprus International Institute of Management. He was subsequently awarded an MBA. Neophytos also obtained a Master’s degree in public administration.
Natali Tzirtzipi graduated from the Law School of the University of Cyprus in 2015 and holds a master’s degree from the Law School of the Universiteit van Amsterdam in International and European Law. She has worked for the Amsterdam International Law Clinic, for the Syria Legal Network - NL and has been an intern at the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and the Nicosia Bar Association. Since May 2019, Natali has been working at the Law Firm in Nicosia. Her main areas of practice are Civil Law, Public Law, Labor Law, Inheritance Law, Real Estate Law and Corporate Law.
